ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE LAUREL NOKOMIS SCHOOL - BUILDING #7 & #11 WATER PIPE EPOXY COATING PROJECT
Description
The project manager has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents. A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Facilities Services Department.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Jon F. Swift, Inc. for the Laurel Nokomis School - Building #7 & #11 Water Pipe Epoxy Coating project be accepted as substantially complete as of 6/23/2008.
